Delivery Schedule                                 

Kindly note that your subscription officially "starts" from the first copy, not from when you make payment. You will receive 26 issues for an annual subscription of DSJ while a 4 year term will entitle to 104 issues.The total number of issues is confirmed, no matter when they start. Due to distribution timelines, the cut-off dates for delivery is different for each product. Here are estimates of when your first issue should arrive:

  • DSJ is 2 - 3 weeks
  • Flash news is 2 weeks.
  • Pop Stock - 6 - 8 days
  • Special books - 4-6 weeks.

IMPORTANT: Please note that it is difficult for us to monitor delivery of the entire subscription base hence we request you to give notification of any service or supply problems ASAP as it is difficult to compensate if a long period of time has elapsed since commencement.
