Indices Continue With The Positive Sentiments
The Indian markets opened with a positive sentiment and also has been sustaining at higher level. The global scenario is also helpful for the index. Nifty is up by 26 points and trading at 8407 and the Sensex is by 89 points to 27894. Both indices were up in the range of 0.29-0.32 percent.
The advance-decline ratio has been seen in positive side from the morning session. On the NSE, 1295 shares are trading in gains and 1082 shares are down.
Top Nifty Gainers: BHEL is the top gainer for today’s morning session and is up by 4.3%. It is followed by HUL, Zee Entertain, Lupin and Sun Pharma.
Top Nifty Losers: Hindalco is the top loser for today’s morning session and is trading lower by 1.9%. It is followed by PNB, M&M, Bank Of Baroda and Bharti Airtel.
On the sectoral front, majority of the sectors are trading in the green. Healthcare was the top gainer this morning as its index gains out 202 points. It was followed by bankex and FMCG which were up by 84 points and 74 points respectively. Mid-caps and small-caps also traded with a positive bias. They were higher by 20 points and 31 points respectively.
Global Market also saw in buying in today’s session. The Nikkei is one of the top gainer so far as it is trading up by 58 points. The Hang Seng market also seen in up trend by 72 points. The KOSPI and the Straits Times too are trading with a positive bias.
Buzzers: BHEL the stock open on positive sentiment and surge more than 4.3%. The scrip breaks its major hurdle at Rs 250 and made intraday high at Rs 255.70. If its sustain above the technical level of 250 level, it may see 265 level in next few trading session.
Nifty Future is trading above its resistance which is at 8400 level. if sustain above this level one can expect expiry closing at near 8450-8475.
