Index Trends And Stocks In Action August 27, 2015

After some relief on Tuesday, The Indian Benchmark Indices resumed its southward movement as indices slipped lower in the second half of trading session. Heavy selling in the Banking and Healthcare stocks saw the indices close near the day’s low. Currently, the market is playing in the zone of 7770-7930. A decisive move is expected once market pierces this range. The RSI has reached the oversold zone and is nearing its historical support of 14-16 levels. The August series so far has been lethal for the bulls; it would be interesting to see how it ends. Important support levels for intraday session are around levels of 7770. On the upside level of 7871 will act as a barrier for the bulls and next resistance around levels of 7930.  We expect volatility to continue, once things settle in the global market and August series expiry ends, we will see a pull back if levels of 7700 are intact.
