GlobalSpace Technologies coming up BSE SME IPO
GlobalSpace Technologies (GSTL) is coming up with BSE SME IPO. The public issue consists of up to 30,34,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each, out of which up to 154,000 equity shares are reserved for subscription by market makers to the issue. The issue and the net issue will constitute 26.48 per cent and 25.14 per cent.
The IPO funds will be utilised for expenditure on research and development, advertising and sales promotion, funding incremental working capital requirements and for general corporate purposes. Choice Capital Advisors is lead manager and Link Intime India is the registrar to the Issue.
The year 2016 was a record year for SME IPOs, with 67 companies raising Rs 537 crore. BSE SME index was launched on December 14, 2012. In four years, it has consistently outperformed the BSE Sensex, except in 2015.
