The company has sold 13.81 lakh units of Dzire in India, since the time of its launch in March 2008. At present, the model contributes to about 50 per cent of vehicle sales in the segment.

Dzire sold 1,99,878 units in the last fiscal, acquiring the third rank in the list of top ten passenger vehicles in India. The company had also launched the model with an addition of auto gear shift technology last year.
