Mahanagar Gas Ltd : Q4FY17 Results

Mahanagar Gas Ltd reported its results for the quarter ended March 31, 2017, today. 

The company's total sales for Q4FY17 came in at Rs 525.33 crore, which represents a 4.17 per cent sequential increase and 2.96 per cent YoY increase.

Its operating profit (EBIT) for the quarter amounted to Rs 112.05 crore and its EBIT margin stood at 21.33 per cent.

The company reported PAT of Rs 99.47 crore, which represents a sequential QoQ increase of 0.47 per cent and a YoY increase of 17.87 per cent.

Mahanagar Gas Ltd is an India-based company which act as supplier and distributor of products and services. It is engaged in the business of providing cooking gas, gas appliances, kitchen equipments, fittings, machinery, materials and to maintain all types of telecommunication services including telephony, wireless, data communication and other forms of communication like maintaining telephone exchanges, telegraph office, coaxial stations, microwave stations, repeaters stations, telecommunication lines, cables and towers.The registered office of the company is in the state of Maharashtra.
