Delta Corp: Q1FY18 Results

Delta corp ltd reported its results for the quarter ended June 30, 2017  on 24th July 2017.

Total sales for this quarter, Q1FY18, came in at Rs. 128.61 crore. This represents a 18.94 per cent sequential increase and 18.37 per cent YoY increase.

Operating profit (EBIT) for the recently concluded quarter amounted to Rs. 45.3 crore and the EBIT margin stood at 35.22 per cent.

In terms of the bottom-line, the company reported a PAT figure of Rs. 21.64 crore which represents a sequential QoQ increase of 97.45 per cent and a YoY increase of 10.18 per cent.

NCLT has approved the scheme of amalgamation of Gauss Network Private limited with the Delta Corp. With these acquisition synergies company is optimistic on its future growth in its online business.

Further, the group CFO Hardik Dhebar has added that fund raising through QIP has aided the company to become debt free and provided a base for future growth.

The company's stock has opened for trading at Rs. 177 on the BSE, against previous close of Rs.173.75 with a rise of 1.87 per cent.
