The cement sector finds itself in a sweet spot with allied sectors like real estate seeing a lot of activity in terms of new sales, pre-sales, and inventory, which are being fast absorbed by the end-users.  

Shares of Prestige Estates Projects Limited were rallying up by 7 per cent intraday on Tuesday after the real estate company said it registered the highest ever quarterly sales of Rs 4,267 crore, up 111 per cent year on year (YoY) during the October-December quarter (Q3FY22). 

On Tuesday, Ramkrishna Forgings Limited, one of the leading suppliers of rolled, forged, and machined products announced that it has received a Letter of Intent (LOI) worth Rs 225 Million or USD 3 million per annum from a Major Tier 1 Axle Manufacturer in Mexico for manufacturing of front axle beam. 

Shares of homegrown pharma major, Lupin Limited were trading higher by 2 per cent intraday today after the company received approval from the United States Food and Drug Administration (USFDA) for Sevelamer Carbonate oral suspension. 

Shares of GPT Infraprojects were trading up by 14 per cent intraday on Thursday after the company bagged a deal valued at Rs 187.81 crore from Maharashtra Rail Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited.
