Sonata Software acquires GAPbuster Limited
Sonata Software today informed the bourses that it has signed definitive agreements to acquire GAPbuster Limited (GBW), Melbourne-headquartered company specialising in providing solutions to enterprises for measuring customer experience.
GBW’s expertise ranges from initial program consultation through advanced analytical insights into a customer experience that helps enterprises deliver better customer experience. GBW has large clients in QSR, retail, automotive and oil & gas space in geographies like South East Asia & Europe thus, expanding the footprint of Sonata Software. According to Fortune Business Insights, the global customer experience management market is expected to grow at 18.5 CAGR from 2018 to 2026 to reach US$ 23.9 billion.
The company will pay almost US$ 4.8 million including USD 0.5 million which is deferred as consideration payable on the expiry of one year. The transaction will be settled in cash within 45 days.
