Brigade Enterprises spurts 4 per cent post expanding presence in Hyderabad
Brigade Group, one of India’s leading property developers has launched one more residential project in Hyderabad. This is the company's second project in the city.
The company has launched Brigade Citadel, which is a residential project spread over 11+ acres in Moti Nagar (Hyderabad). The project comprises a total of over 1,300 luxurious two and three-bedroom homes, which are competitively priced. The price of two-bedroom and three-bedroom flats starts at Rs 75 lakh and Rs 99 lakh, respectively.
The project is conveniently located between Bharat Nagar and Erragadda Metro station and is close to Begumpet railway station & main bus stop, making it well-connected to IT hubs & offices. Schools, shopping malls, colleges are also in the vicinity of the project. The project has a 53,000 sq. ft area, which includes clubhouse, jogging track, outdoor gym, cricket net, lawn, children’s play area, terrace pool, amphitheatre, and other amenities.
The company had recorded the lowest level of unsold inventory in the recent past as compared to the other metro cities of the country.
On Tuesday, the shares of the company were up by 4 per cent in the morning hours, while it closed flat at Rs 259.00, 0.06 per cent down from its previous close. The share price of the company touched the day’s high of Rs 269.60 during the early trade.
