Rossell India: The board of the company discussed the overall performance of Aerotech Services Division of the company. After discussion, it was felt that in view of the expiry of the existing agreements, entered into by the said division, by March 31, 2021, the said division of the company may be discontinued and closed down. The closure of the said division is not likely to have any significant impact on the profitability of the company. 

Infosys: Infosys BPM and Newmont Corporation extend their strategic collaboration to standardise & digitise delivery models across mine sites.  

Happiest Minds: The company has entered into a partnership with Ilantus Technologies to enhance its identity and access management capabilities while supporting customers in their cybersecurity journey.  

Ramco Systems: Global aviation software provider Ramco Systems announced that it has gone live at Caverton Helicopters Limited, a Nigerian aerospace company serving Nigerian and West African offshore oil & gas industry as well as other business sectors, with its Aviation M&E MRO Suite V5.8 thereby, integrating and digitally transforming Caverton Helicopters’ business processes.   

Larsen & Toubro Infotech: LTI tops Everest Group’s IT Services Challenger 2021 list.   

Prestige Estates: The company said that it has completed phase 1 of proposed transaction with Blackstone Group.   

JSW Steel: The crude steel production for the month of February 2021 was at 13.06 lakh tonnes. The average capacity utilisation was 93 per cent during the month of February 2021.   

India Glycols: The board of directors of the company has considered and approved the execution of the business transfer agreement for transfer of company’s BioEO (speciality chemicals) business to IGL Green Chemicals Private Limited (IGCPL), a wholly-owned subsidiary. Further, the board has approved entering into a joint venture with IGCPL and Clariant International Ltd, in connection with, inter alia, investment by Clariant in IGCPL and the issuance of subscription shares by IGCPL to Clariant, which will result in IGCPL becoming a 51:49 joint venture, in which, 51 per cent stake will be held by Clariant and the remaining 49 per cent stake will be held by the company.   

AstraZeneca Pharma: AstraZeneca Pharma India Limited has received import and market permission in Form CT-20 (subsequent new drug approval) from Drugs Controller General of India for Osimertinib 40 mg/80 mg film coated tablets (Tagrisso TM).  

IDBI Bank: The bank has been taken out of the prompt corrective action (PCA) framework.
