ITD Cementation zooms over 3 per cent on winning orders worth Rs 950 crore
ITD Cementation India Limited, a domestic construction engineering company, announced this afternoon that it has secured two orders worth Rs 950 crore.
The company has won the first order from the Government of India, which is for the provision of infrastructure works comprising roads, bridges, drains, water supply, sewerage, slope protection, waste management, power system including water and sewage treatment plants including operation & maintenance of selected facilities during O&M periods. The value of this order is worth Rs 898 crore.
The company has bagged the second order from Technip, which comprises piling and ground improvement work at Paradip (Odisha). The value of this order is worth Rs 52 crore.
The company has a strong presence in the construction business of marine structures, mass rapid transit systems, airports, hydro-electric power, tunnels, dams & irrigation, highways, bridges and flyovers, industrial buildings and structures, foundation as well as specialist engineering.
Reacting to this development, the share price of ITD Cementation India Limited zoomed by 3.46 per cent. At 2.04 pm, the share price of the company was trading at Rs 82.25, as against the previous day’s closing price of Rs 79.50 on BSE.
