BSE declares a Final Dividend of Rs 21 per equity share

BSE Ltd. (BSE), announced its audited consolidated and standalone financial results for the quarter ended and year end March 31, 2021.

The Board of directors of BSE Limited has recommended a final dividend of Rs 21 per equity share having face value of Rs 2 for the financial year 2020-21, subject to the approval of the shareholders in the ensuing annual general meeting. The total payout with a dividend payout ratio of 99% of the current year profits would be Rs 96.19 crore.

Additional highlights include: 

· Consolidated Net profit attributable to the shareholders for the quarter ended March 31, 2021, up to Rs 32.57 crore from loss of Rs. 1.31 crore in corresponding quarter of previous year.

· Consolidated Operating EBITDA for the quarter ended March 31, 2021, up to Rs 37.25 crore from loss of Rs. 22.15 crore in corresponding quarter of previous year.

· Consolidated Operating EBITDA Margin for the quarter ended March 31, 2021, is 24 per cent as compared to negative 19 per cent in corresponding quarter previous year.

· 62 per cent increase in Mutual fund order received for the quarter ended March 31, 2021, month as compared to corresponding quarter previous year.

· 92 per cent increase in average daily turnover in Equity segment to Rs 5,807 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2021, as compared to the Rs 3,024 crore during corresponding quarter previous year.
