Infosys joins hands with RXR Realty for developing a smart office platform
A global leader in next-generation digital services & consulting, Infosys Ltd has collaborated with RXR Realty to build and deploy an intensive & comprehensive solution running on Microsoft Azure.
RxWell is an award-winning smart building, health, and wellness solution, which was developed as a part of Infosys Cobalt by Infosys. It is a public-health-based, data-driven platform, which provides health & wellness insights and management tools for property managers, tenant administrators, and office workers thereby, helping them to travel to work safely amid the COVID-19 pandemic. The solution is already in place in 26 office buildings in New York City, which enables nearly 1,000 businesses and over 70,000 employees to return to work.
This solution provides a rich set of tools to help ensure adherence to critical safety protocols such as capacity thresholds mask-wearing, social distancing, and air quality. Other features include a tenant app, a Tenant Command Centre to help administrators manage the safe return of their workforce and a Building Command Centre to help property managers protect tenants, beginning with the proprietary Building Wellness Index (BWI). Infosys’ deployment of RxWell across the latter’s building portfolio is the first step towards optimisation of the product.
At 11.20 am on Friday, the share price of Infosys Ltd was down by 0.69 per cent at Rs 1,317.80 on BSE.
