Vipul receives LoA for Agra-Lucknow E-way, stock surges 15 per cent
Vipul Limited received letter of award (LoA) from Uttar Pradesh Expressway Industrial Development Authority (UPEIDA), Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh for wayside facilities. The stock climbed up 15 per cent intraday on Tuesday.
The LoA is awarded for the Operations, Maintenance, Management and Transfer of Wayside Amenities Facility along Agra-Lucknow Expressway. This includes wayside amenities facility Chainage 101+200 in Village Mohabbtapur, in Mainpuri - Wayside Amenities Facility at Chainage 104+200 in Village Baruali Kala, in Etawah. The first year fixed annual license fee payable by the company to UPEIDA, excluding GST is Rs. 33 lakh.
Vipul Limited operates in Real Estate Development & Services segment. Its portfolio comprises of townships, villas, apartments, floors and commercial buildings. The company has undertaken projects in key cities such as Bhubaneswar, Ludhiana, Dharuhera, Bawal and Faridabad.
On Tuesday, the shares of the company reached an intraday high of Rs. 57 per share and an intraday low of Rs 50 per share on the BSE. Its 52-week high was Rs 102.45 and 52-week low was RS. 43.50 per share on the BSE.
At 2:58 pm, the shares of Vipul were trading at Rs. 52.40, up by 4 per cent. The BSE Sensex was at 38,865.89 level up by 0.44 per cent and the Nifty50 was trading at 11,728.95 level up by 0.32 per cent.
