Overnight Digest: Stocks to look out on February 12

The stocks that are likely to witness significant movement on the bourses on February 12 are KNR Constructions, JSW Cement, Alembic Pharmaceuticals, Spice Jet and Eicher Motors. 

KNR Construction: The company has entered into a Share Purchase Agreement with Cube Highways and Infrastructure III Pte for KNR Tirumala Infra. Pursuant to which the company will, in a phased manner, sell to the investor its entire shareholding in the SPV. The share will be watched on Tuesday. 

JSW Cement: The company increases its Dolvi plant's capacity  to 2.2 MT per annum (MTPA) from 1 MTPA.  The said plant produces Portland slag cement (PSC), concreel HD and ground granulated blast furnace slag. The shares could be in focus on Tuesday. 

Alembic Pharmaceuticals: Alembic and Orbicular Pharmaceutical Technologies’ (Orbicular) a 60:40 Joint Venture (JV), Aleor Dermaceuticals (Aleor) has completed USFDA inspection of its formulation manufacturing facility located at Karakhadi, Gujarat, India with two observations. The inspection was carried out from February 04, 2019 to February 08, 2019.   

SpiceJet: The company has reported a fall of 77.05 per cent in its net profit at Rs.. 55.07 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 239.99 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the company increased by 20.74 per cent at Rs 2,530.83 crore for Q3FY19 as compared Rs. 2,096.11 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year. Shares could be in highlight on Tuesday. 

Eicher Motors: The company reported its Q3FY19 numbers with 2.4 per cent YoY rise in consolidated profit at Rs. 532.95 crore. The consolidated revenues came in at 3.42 per cent higher YoY at Rs. 2,328.25 crore. The shares of the company are likely to be in focus.
