Himatsingka Seide puts up stable performance in Q3FY18

Himatsingka Seide consolidated revenue for the quarter came in at Rs. 595.61 crore, registering 8.8 per cent yoy increase. 

The company's EBITDA for the quarter rose by 26 per cent YoY to Rs. 116.7 crore, with a corresponding margin expansion of 268 bps. Its EBITDA margin for the quarter stood at 19.6 per cent. This margin expansion was aided by lower cost of material consumed in proportionate to sales (32 per cent in the quarter as against 49.9 per cent in Q3FY17). 

The PAT for the quarter came in at Rs. 50.13 crore, an increase of 11.2 per cent YoY. 

Himatsingka Seide Limited is a home textile company engaged in spinning, weaving and finishing of textiles, and manufacturing of other textiles. The company is engaged in the business of manufacturing, marketing and distribution of textiles consisting of fabric and yarn. Its geographic segments include India, North America, Europe and others. The company manufactures, retails and distributes bedding, bath, drapery, upholstery and lifestyle accessory products. Its portfolio of brands includes Calvin Klein Home, Barbara Barry, Kelly Wearstler, Beekman 1802, Pimacott, Atmosphere and Esprit.
