Rural Electrification Corporation: The company has received approval to raise Rs. 90,000 crore under different debt segments for FY20.
Asian Oilfield Services: The company has received a binding Letter of Intent worth Rs. 210 crore from Oilmax Energy for surface facilities for its Charaideo field in Assam.
Lactose India: The company has received an approval to avail term loan from Piramal Capital and Housing Finance. The company’s Board of Directors have approved the same.
Maruti Suzuki: Toyota and Suzuki to consider a new collaboration in various fields. These include supply of Toyota Hybrid System to Suzuki, provision of compact vehicles and powertrains, collaboration in the fields of technological development and production.
Essar Steel: NCLAT directs Essar Steel to call CoC meeting to reconsider distribution of funds. This is in light of ArcelorMittal's resolution plan providing creditors Rs. 41,987 crore.
