Apar Ind. declares dividend of Rs 9.50 per share
Apar Industries showcased a positive financial performance for the quarter ended March 2019. The board recommended dividend of Rs. 9.50 per share.
On the consolidated financial front, the company reported total revenue from operations of Rs. 2,464.57 crore in Q4FY19 as against Rs. 1,767.50 crore in Q4FY18, posting a growth of 39.44 per cent. EBITDA showcased a growth of 7.26 per cent YoY as it climbed to Rs. 134.70 crore in Q4FY19 from Rs. 125.58 crore in Q4FY18. Net profit surged 9.22 per cent as it reached Rs. 43.72 crore in Q4FY19 from Rs. 40.03 crore in Q4FY18. As a result, EPS soared to Rs. 11.42 in Q4FY19 from Rs. 10.46 in Q4FY18, registering a growth of 9.18 per cent.
The board recommended dividend of Rs. 9.50 per equity share for the financial year 2018-2019. The payment of the dividend is subject to the approval of members at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company.
On Thursday, the stock of Apar Industries opened at Rs. 687.95, and hit a high and low of Rs. 687.95 and Rs 681.40, respectively. At 9:37 am, the stock was trading at Rs. 681.40, up 0.78 per cent.
