Repco Home Finance considers dividend of Rs. 2.50
The Board of Repco Home Finance has recommended a dividend of Rs. 2.50 per equity share to the shareholders of the company for the financial year 2018-2019.
The payment of the same is subject to the approval of the shareholders of the company at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
For the March 2019 quarter, on a consolidated financial basis, the company reported total revenue from operations of Rs. 1,163.37 crore in FY19 as against Rs. 1,085.06 crore in FY18, posting a growth of 7.22 per cent. Other loan-related income showcased a growth of 16.95 per cent as it climbed to Rs. 25.88 crore in FY19 from Rs. 22.13 crore in FY18. Net Profit increased to Rs. 234.64 crore in FY19 from Rs. 201.00 crore in FY18, marking a growth of 16.74 per cent. EPS soared to Rs. 39.81 in FY19 from Rs. 33.61 in FY18, thereby rising 18.45 per cent.
On Thursday, the shares of Repco Home Finance opened at Rs. 407.90, and hit a high and low of Rs. 425.30 and Rs. 407.90, respectively. At 11:23 am, the stock was trading at Rs. 420.00, up 4.01 per cent.
