GOCL Corporation Limited: Houghton International and Quaker Chemical Corporation received approval from the United States Federal Trade Commission for their merger, GOCL will have 2 per cent stake in the combine entity.
Ambuja Cement: For the second quarter of the financial year ending December 2019, the company reported net sales of Rs. 2,912 crore, a decrease of 1 per cent YoY.
