ICICI Lombard partners with Karur Vysya Bank
On Wednesday, ICICI Lombard announced a bancassurance tie-up with Karur Vysya Bank. The association will provide the bank’s customers an access to their insurer’s portfolio and make insurance more accessible to its customers across India. Through this collaboration, ICICI Lombard aims at providing innovative insurance solutions to Karur Vysya's 8 million customers, spread across 779 branches within the country. The insurance provider also focuses on leveraging the bank’s rich heritage of providing banking services in India and plans to offer exclusive non-life insurance solutions to its customers. This tie-up will help Karur Vysya bank to uphold a strong and distinguished insurance catalogue.

On Thursday, the stock of ICICI Lombard opened at Rs. 1,367.00 per share and made an intraday high and low of Rs. 1,378.00 and Rs. 1,362.90, respectively on the BSE. At 11.55 am the stack was trading at Rs. 1,366.35, down by 0.30 per cent.
