Overnight Digest: These small caps will be in focus on Thursday
Mangalam Global Enterprise, Transport Corporation of India, Goldiam International, Astra Microwave Products, Gokul Agro Resources and Vimta Labs made a fresh 52-week high today.
On Thursday, frontline indices Sensex and Nifty closed in the red territory at 61,143.3 and 18,210.9 respectively, down by 0.34 per cent and 0.31 per cent respectively. BSE Small-cap index outperformed broader markets by climbing 0.30 per cent to close the session at 28,534.45.

Arvind Limited – The company has declared its financial results for the second quarter of FY 2022. Q2FY22 revenues jumped 62 per cent and stood at Rs 2,115 crore. EBITDA came in at Rs 230 crore. EBITDA margin was 11 per cent as compared to 10.3 per cent last year. Textiles ROCE touched 20 per cent. The volumes grew across all segments as post-Covid demand stayed strong in both export and domestic markets. Input costs continued to increase sharply but were mostly offset by improved price realization and higher efficiencies.
Aurionpro Solutions - Aurionpro Fintech Inc, a subsidiary of the company based in the USA, recently announced an order win from one of the largest payment facilitators in USA which offers merchant payment services in the insurance financing segment. The order is for the license of Aurionpro Payment Framework Software (‘APF Software’) and allied services including customization and development services. The order is valued at USD 1.3 million (i.e. Rs 10 crore approximately) and will be delivered in two phases by March 2022.
