Overnight digest: Stocks to look out for on June 22

The stocks to watch out for on June 22 include KPIT Technologies, BL Kashyap & Sons, MOIL, Kamdhenu Limited, and Bharti Airtel.  

KPIT Technologies: The board of directors of the company has approved the acquisition of PathPartner Technology Private Limited.  

BL Kashyap & Sons: The company has secured new orders from domestic unrelated clients, aggregating to around Rs 369.17 crore for concreting, blockwork and finishing work at Airport Road in Hebbal, Bengaluru (Karnataka), which is worth Rs 270.17 crore and also, for concreting, blockwork and finishing work at White Field Bengaluru for an amount of Rs 99.00 crore.  

MOIL: The company receives environment clearance for Gumgaon and Khodegaon Manganese Underground Mine in Maharashtra.  

Kamdhenu Limited: For Q4FY21, the company has reported strong financial performance. Net profit jumped by 70.7 per cent to Rs 3.94 crore in Q4FY21 compared to Rs 2.31 crore in Q4FY20. It also announced strong growth momentum in the paints as well as steel business.  

Bharti Airtel: The company, commonly known as Airtel, along with Tata Group announced a strategic partnership for implementing 5G network solutions in India.
