I was thrilled to see the list of top-quality small-caps shared in your magazine. Keep up the good work. I now need to know how many smallcaps should there be in my portfolio?

Editor Responds: We are glad that you liked reading our special story on small-caps. Indeed, small-caps have become an essential element of any diversified portfolio. Assuming you are an individual investor with a moderate risk profile, we believe you should invest 70 per cent of your capital in large-caps and the rest can be a combination of mid-caps and small-caps. You already have the list of quality small-caps for reference. Hope this helps. Keep writing to us and keep investing!
