Q3FY17 Results : Asahi India Glass Ltd.

Asahi India Glass Ltd. reported its results for the quarter ended December 31, 2016.

 The company reported total sales of Rs 629.18 crore for Q3FY17, which represents a 5.77 per cent sequential decline and 9.51 per cent YoY increase.

Its operating profit (EBIT) for the quarter was Rs 70.1 crore and its EBIT margin was 11.14 per cent.

The company reported PAT of Rs 22.28 crore, which represents a sequential QoQ decline of 33.19 per cent and a YoY increase of 0.54 per cent.

Asahi India Glass Ltd. (AIS) is an integrated glass manufacturing company operating in three business segments: AIS auto glass, AIS float glass which consist of heat reflective glass, heat absorbing glass, solar control glass, coloured glass and mirrors. and AIS Glass Solutions which consist of AIS Stronglass, AIS Securityglas, AIS Acousticglas, Solar low, AIS ceramic printed glass.
