L&T Infotech Ltd. : Q4FY17 Results

L&T Infotech Ltd reported its results for the quarter ended March 31, 2017 today. 

The company's total sales for Q4FY17 came in at Rs 1592.9 crore, which represents 0.1 per cent sequential decline and 7.93 per cent YoY increase.

During the quarter, banking and financial services and insurance contributed majorly to the total revenue, i.e. 27 per cent and 20.7 per cent, respectively. The company's top ten clients contributed 53.1 per cent to company’s total revenue.

Its operating profit (EBIT) for the quarter amounted to Rs 254.7 crore and its EBIT margin stood at 15.99 per cent.

The company reported PAT of Rs. 244.7 crore, which represents a sequential QoQ increase of 3.73 per cent and a YoY decline of 0.08 per cent.

The company's stock opened for trading at Rs 709.15 on the BSE and closed around Rs 708.95 for the day.
