Siemens Ltd. : Q4FY17 Results

Siemens Ltd. reported its results for the quarter ended March 31, 2017 today. The company follows September as its year end.

The company's total sales for Q2FY17 came in at Rs 2928.9 crore, which represents a 27.72 per cent sequential increase and 5.22 per cent YoY increase.

Its operating profit (EBIT) for the quarter amounted to Rs. 228.4 crore and its EBIT margin stood at 7.8 per cent.

The company reported PAT of Rs 175.2 crore, which represents a sequential QoQ increase of 9.02 per cent and a YoY decline of 6.86 per cent.

The company's stock opened at Rs 1450 on the BSE, rose 1 per cent and closed at 1460.90. It touched the day's high of Rs 1470 and low of 1439.95.
