Q4FY17 Results: SML Isuzu Ltd
SML Isuzu Ltd. reported its results for the quarter ended March 31, 2017 today.
The company's total sales for Q4FY17 came in at Rs 371.1 crore, which represents a 61.44 per cent sequential increase and 16.23 per cent YoY increase.
Its operating profit (EBIT) for the quarter amounted to Rs 13.31 crore and its EBIT margin stood at 3.59 per cent.
The company reported PAT of Rs. 8.85 crore, which represents a sequential QoQ increase of 180.95 per cent and a YoY decline of 46.91 per cent.
The board of directors has recommended a dividend of Rs.8 per equity share for the financial year ended 31 March 2017
The stock opened at Rs 1337 and closed at Rs 1352, up by 1.10% .
SML Isuzu Limited, formerly Swaraj Mazda Limited, is engaged in the manufacture of commercial vehicles and spares. The company produces light and medium commercial vehicles. It manufactures and supplies state buses, ambulances and customized vehicles.
