Hero Motocorp Q4FY17 Result

Hero MotoCorp Ltd. reported its results for the quarter ended March 31, 2017 today.

The company's total sales for Q4FY17 came in at Rs 6915.12 crore, which represents a 8.65 per cent sequential increase and 7.86 per cent YoY decline.

Its operating profit (EBIT) for the quarter amounted to Rs 822.48 crore and its EBIT margin stood at 11.89 per cent.

The company reported PAT of Rs 717.75 crore, which represents a sequential QoQ decline of 7.03 per cent and a YoY decline of 13.84 per cent.

The company's stock opened at Rs 428 on the BSE, rose 0.78 per cent after the results were declared and was trading at Rs 428 intra-day.
