Q4FY17 results: HCL Technologies Ltd
HCL Technologies Ltd. reported its results for the quarter ended March 31, 2017, before market hours today.
Total sales for this quarter, Q4FY17, came in at Rs. 12897 crores. This represents a 9.17 per cent sequential increase and 20.56 per cent YoY increase.
Operating profit (EBIT) for the recently concluded quarter amounted to Rs. 2487 crores and the EBIT margin stood at 19.28 per cent.
In terms of the bottom-line, the company reported a PAT figure of Rs. 2475 crores which represent a sequential QoQ increase of 20.03 per cent and a YoY increase of 27.71 per cent.
The Board of Directors declared an interim dividend of Rs.6 per share for the face value of Rs.2 each.
The company's stock which opened for trading at Rs. 850 on the BSE, has risen by 1.34 per cent after the results were declared and are currently trading at the Rs. 852 mark at 9:25 hours
