Toyoda Gosei plans to invest Rs 732 million on the new plant
To meet the growing automobile production and the increasing demand for airbags in the country Toyoda Gosei is going to establish a new plant in Gujrat.The new plant will be established in Gujrat which will be a branch of Toyoda Gosei Minda India (TGMIN), a subsidiary of Toyoda Gosei.
This new plant will supply airbags, weather-strips and other automotive parts to Suzuki Motor Gujarat in the second half of fiscal 2018. The overall investment in the production facility is Rs 732 million.
After the new plant establishment, Toyoda Gosei will have a production network of five plant locations in India.Toyoda wants to expand its sales to Rs 2.5 billion by 2021 approximately. They will employ approx 330 by the end of March 2021 in their new plant.
