Century Plyboards : Q4FY17 Result

Century Plyboards reported its results for the quarter ended March 31, 2017, on Tuesday.

The company's total sales for Q4FY17 came in at Rs 488.5 crore, which represents a 14.8 per cent sequential increase and 9.3 per cent YoY increase.

Its operating profit (EBIT) for the quarter amounted to Rs 68.22 crore and its EBIT margin stood at 13.96 per cent.

The company reported PAT of Rs 55.9 crore, which represents a sequential QoQ increase of 49.9 per cent and a YoY increase of 34.4 per cent.

The board of directors has also recommended a dividend of Rs 1 per equity share (Face Value – Rs. 1).

The stock opened at Rs 256.10 and touched intra-day low of Rs. 245.25 on the BSE.
