Kolte-Patil Developers Ltd. : Q4FY17 Results.

Kolte-Patil Developers Ltd. reported its results for the quarter ended March 31, 2017, today. 

The company's total sales for Q4FY17 came in at Rs 333.37 crore, which represents a 47.22 per cent sequential increase and 62.52 per cent YoY increase.

Its operating profit (EBIT) for the quarter amounted to Rs 68.35 crore and its EBIT margin stood at 20.5 per cent.

The company reported PAT of Rs 29.8 crore, which represents a sequential QoQ increase of 87.66 per cent and a YoY increase of 65.01 per cent.

The company's stock opened at Rs 166.15 on the BSE and rose by 7 per cent after the results were declared. It was trading around Rs 177.55 intra-day.
