Market capitalisation of IOC crosses Rs 2 lakh crore

The of Indian Oil Corporation’s (IOC) market capitalisation has crossed the Rs 2 lakh crore mark. With this IOC has overtaken ICICI Bank, Bharti Airtel, Kotak Mahindra Bank and Larsen & Toubro in terms of market capitalisation.
 
The total market cap of IOC stood at Rs 2,02,879.71 lakh crore.
 
Ending Friday’s trade at Rs 417.80, Indian Oil Corporation was up by Rs 30.90 or 7.99% from its previous close of Rs 386.90 on the BSE. The stock hit its intraday high and low of Rs 425.55 and Rs 391.85, respectively. The stock witnessed a spurt in volume by more than 3.71 times during the trading session on Friday.
 
IOC attracted a traded value of Rs 63,411.31 lakh and traded volume of 1,55,99,339 shares on the NSE.
