Moil announces bonus share of 1:1

The shares of Moil spiralled upward over 4% intraday in Friday’s trading session after the company announced the issuance of bonus share.
 
On Thursday, the Board of Directors of the company approved the proposal for issue of bonus shares to the existing shareholders of the company in the ratio of 1:1. The proposal is subject to the approval of the shareholders.
 
The stock was trading higher by 3.85% at Rs 341 per share on the BSE at 0922 hours against its previous close of Rs 328 per share. It attracted total traded volume of 1,67,665 shares and traded value of Rs 572.69 lakh.
 
It’s 52-week high and low stood at Rs 428.90 ( January 12, 2017) and Rs 240 (August 16, 2016) respectively.
