Back in 1973, when Dr. P Dayananda Pai and Mr. P. Satish Pai founded Century Real Estate, their primary objective was to transact in the buying and selling of land. Today, 38 years later, Century Real Estate has evolved into an integrated, full service real estate development company, having left its mark on Bangalore’s urban landscape in the form of many of the city’s landmark developments such as Manipal Centre, Taj Residency, Vijaya Bank headquarters and Diamond District to mention only a few. In all those years since its inception, with its philosophy of Thinking Ahead, Century Real Estate has gone about amassing an enviable land bank, and is today the largest owner of real estate in Bangalore. The holdings include 3000 acres of premium land parcels representing over USD 2 billion in asset value and a development portfolio of over 10 million square feet comprising hotels, office buildings, residences, educational institutions and integrated townships spread across South India.
In the short 4 years since it started independent property developments in addition to land trading, Century Real Estate already has successful projects such as Century Celeste and Century Corbel under its belt, and exciting projects like Century Winter Sun, Century Avalon, Century Indus and Century Pragati progressing fast towards completion, not to mention many others in the pipeline. Apart from developing new residential and commercial projects, Century Real Estate is launching many innovative services in the area of urban living. As a group, it is also involved in associated sectors such as hospitality, healthcare and education. The company has achieved this position, in large measure, through its ability of continuously Thinking Ahead® and is on a real fast-track growth currently, under the dynamic and youthful leadership of its Managing Director, Mr. P.
