MAN Infraconstruction announces launch of real estate project in Mumbai
MAN Infraconstruction Ltd, a leading real estate construction & infrastructure services company announced on Friday that it is launching a new project in Mumbai.
The project, which would be launched under the ‘development management model’, will be executed via its joint venture entity, Man Chandak Realty LLP. Located in Vile Parle West (Mumbai), it will have a total saleable area of approximately 3,50,000 sq.ft.
Established in the year 1964, the company has more than 50 years of experience in this field. It has also worked on onshore infrastructure construction for five major ports in India and is currently executing residential development projects in various parts of Mumbai with an approximate saleable area of 60 lakh sq.ft.
At 12.17 pm on Friday, the company’s stock was trading at Rs 45.45, up by 1.56 per cent on BSE.
