Hero MotoCorp has reported its highest-ever quarterly revenue and normalised profit after tax (PAT) during the third quarter of FY’26, marking its 25th year of market leadership. The company achieved a revenue of Rs 12,328 crore, a 21 per cent increase compared to the same period last year, driven by a strong festive season and a 16 per cent growth in sales volumes, totalling 16.97 lakh units. While a one-time exceptional charge of Rs. 119 crore was recorded due to new labour codes, the normalised PAT rose by 20 per cent to Rs 1,439 crore.

To reward shareholders, the Board of Directors declared an interim dividend of Rs 110 per equity share (5,500 per cent) on a nominal value of Rs 2 each. The record date for determining eligible members has been set for February 11, 2026, with the total payment process expected to be completed by March 7, 2026. This move reinforces the company’s commitment to consistent value distribution alongside its record-breaking financial performance.

The company is also aggressively expanding its investment portfolio, notably committing an additional Rs 275 crore to Euler Motors Private Limited through primary and secondary infusions. Furthermore, Hero MotoCorp is prioritising sustainability through investments in Solar Power Wheeling Projects under the Group Captive Mechanism. These include up to Rs 3.25 crore for its Haridwar plant and Rs 4.67 crore for facilities in Neemrana and Jaipur, supporting its green energy objectives.

On the operational front, Hero MotoCorp saw significant momentum in its electric vehicle brand, VIDA, which secured an 11 per cent market share. Global business also expanded with successful entries into Italy, Spain and France, contributing to a 41 per cent growth in exports. With the expansion of Hero Premia stores to over 100 cities and the launch of new models like the Harley-Davidson X440T, the company continues to diversify its premium and electric offerings across 52 countries.
