Eicher Motors Limited (EML) has reported its best-ever third-quarter performance for the period ended December 31, 2025. The company’s consolidated revenue from operations reached Rs 6,114 crore, marking a 23 per cent increase compared to the same quarter in the previous financial year. This growth was accompanied by a 30 per cent rise in EBITDA to a record Rs 1,557 crore, while Profit After Tax (PAT) climbed 21 per cent to Rs 1,421 crore. These results were driven by a steady momentum across the business and disciplined execution during the festive season.
Royal Enfield played a significant role in this growth, recording sales of 325,773 motorcycles, a 21 per cent year-on-year increase. To support future demand, EML’s Board approved a Rs 958 crore investment for a brownfield capacity expansion at the Cheyyar manufacturing facility in Tamil Nadu. This project aims to increase annual production capacity from 14.6 lakh units to 20 lakh units over the next two years. During the quarter, the brand also celebrated its 125-year milestone with the unveiling of the Bullet 650 and Flying Flea S6, alongside the launch of the Himalayan Mana Black and Meteor 350 Sundowner.
VE Commercial Vehicles (VECV) also delivered a record-breaking third quarter, with sales rising 24.2 per cent to 26,086 units. VECV’s revenue from operations stood at Rs 7,019 crore, up 21 per cent from the previous year, with PAT increasing to Rs 338 crore. The segment benefited from a recovery in the commercial vehicle industry and favourable GST reforms. Key highlights included the launch of the Eicher Pro X diesel variant and the LNG-powered Volvo Road Train, as well as the addition of 25 new service touchpoints across India to enhance customer coverage.

In 2020, VECV signed definitive agreements to integrate Volvo Buses India into VECV, including the manufacture, assembly, distribution and sale of Volvo Buses in India.
Today, shares of Eicher Motors Ltd jumped 6.80 per cent to an all-time high of Rs 7,791 per share. The company has a market cap of over Rs 2 lakh crore and the stock is up by 68 pr cent from its 52-week low of Rs 4,644.10 per share.
