HCLTech has significantly bolstered its position as a global leader in digital transformation by announcing two major strategic partnerships aimed at revolutionising logistics in Oceania and modernising the public sector in the United States. These collaborations highlight the company’s shift toward AI-led service models, moving beyond traditional IT outsourcing to become a core architectural partner for large-scale enterprise and government operations.

In Australia and New Zealand, HCLTech has transitioned into a primary strategic advisor for Team Global Express, the region's largest multimodal logistics provider. This expanded agreement marks a consolidation of the logistics giant’s previously fragmented IT landscape. By placing its entire infrastructure—spanning hybrid cloud, cybersecurity and digital workplace services—under HCLTech’s management, Team Global Express aims to create a more cohesive and agile operational framework.

Central to the logistics transformation is the deployment of HCLTech AI Force, a specialised Generative AI platform designed to automate complex service tasks. In the high-stakes world of multimodal transport, this technology is expected to enhance real-time decision-making and tighten compliance protocols. The goal is to create a seamless data flow across rail, road and sea operations, ultimately elevating the end-customer experience through more predictable and efficient delivery networks.

Simultaneously, HCLTech is making a decisive push into the U.S. Public Sector through a new distribution agreement with Carahsoft Technology Corp. By partnering with "The Trusted Government IT Solutions Provider," HCLTech gains immediate and streamlined access to Federal, State and Local agencies. This collaboration leverages Carahsoft’s extensive contract vehicles, such as NASPO ValuePoint and OMNIA Partners, allowing government entities to procure HCLTech’s AI-driven platforms and cloud-native services with greater speed and transparency.

To support this specific market, HCLTech has established a dedicated Public Sector Solutions subsidiary. This entity focuses on mission-critical needs, including constituent-focused digital services and robust cybersecurity frameworks tailored for government sensitivity. By combining HCLTech’s engineering prowess with Carahsoft’s deep expertise in public sector contracting and marketing, the duo is well-positioned to address the "digital debt" currently facing many ageing government infrastructures.
