Infosys and the Madison Square Garden Family of Companies have officially extended and expanded their multi-year digital innovation partnership, marking a significant milestone in their collaboration. A central highlight of this renewal is the renaming of the iconic 5,600-seat Theater at MSG to the Infosys Theater at Madison Square Garden. This naming rights agreement, along with the establishment of the Infosys Suite Level on the arena's ninth floor, solidifies the company's physical presence within the legendary New York City complex. As the Official Digital Innovation Partner, Infosys will maintain high visibility through digital platforms, Penn Station placements, and in-arena signage during New York Knicks and New York Rangers home games.
The partnership aims to revolutionise fan engagement by leveraging Infosys Topaz, an AI-first suite of offerings designed to create more immersive experiences for sports and entertainment enthusiasts. Building on previous successes like the "Fan Fabric" digital art installation, Infosys will continue to integrate cutting-edge technology into the venue's operations. The newly christened Infosys Theater remains a premier destination for world-class events, ranging from major concert tours and comedy specials to high-profile sporting events like the NBA and NFL Drafts. This collaboration ensures that one of the world's most intimate and versatile venues stays at the forefront of digital transformation and spectator interaction.
“Our partnership with Infosys is built on a shared commitment to using innovation to elevate the guest experience,” said Doug Jossem, Executive Vice President, Global Sports & Entertainment Partnerships, MSG Entertainment. “Each year, more than two million guests who attend events at MSG, including the newly renamed Infosys Theater at Madison Square Garden, will see this partnership come to life through integrated Infosys branding across The Garden complex.”
“By extending our partnership, we are deepening our role as the Official Digital Innovation Partner for the New York Knicks, New York Rangers, and Madison Square Garden,” said Sumit Virmani, Chief Marketing Officer, Infosys. “Infosys Theater at Madison Square Garden, as well as our digital innovation partnership with the Knicks and Rangers, will create new, immersive ways for fans to connect with the brand and their favourite teams - bringing technology-driven storytelling, insights, and engagement to life across multiple touchpoints.”
