Today, the domestic indices witnessed a sharp decline after the RBI kept the interest rate unchanged. The BSE Sensex plunged 1.00 per cent to 71,428 level at the close. The Nifty 50 index tumbled 0.97 per cent to a level of 21,717. The FMCG, banking, and financial services sectors bore the brunt of the damage.

Darshan Orna Ltd: The shares experienced further upward momentum, once more hitting the 20 per cent upper circuit limit, reaching a fresh 52-week high of Rs 5.28 per share on the BSE. The company operates as a wholesaler of gold and silver jewellery and ornaments, in addition to being involved in the trading of silver and acting as a distributor of ready-made gold and silver jewellery and ornaments.

Glittek Granites Ltd: The company's shares were locked at a 10 per cent upper circuit, reaching a 52-week high of Rs 4.95 per share on the BSE. The company specializes in manufacturing, trading, and exporting finished granite and other stone products.

OTCO International Ltd: Shares experiencing a five-fold surge in trading volume were locked at a 10 per cent upper circuit, reaching Rs 7.81 on the BSE. The company operates as an IT solutions and service provider, specializing in financial consulting, management consulting, and providing enterprise solutions for the microfinance and financial industries.
