Arvind Smartspaces reports good numbers for Q4FY19

Arvind Smartspaces declared financial performance for the quarter ended March 2019 and the company's board has recommended a dividend of Rs. 1.50 per share.

The company reported consolidated revenues of Rs. 113 crore for Q4FY19 as against Rs. 104 crore in Q4FY18, posting a YoY growth of 8.65 per cent. EBITDA stood at Rs. 70 crore in Q4FY19 in comparison to Rs. 65 crore in Q4FY18, registering a YoY increase of 7.69 per cent. PAT stood at Rs. 18 crore in Q4FY19 versus Rs. 16 crore in Q4FY18, marking an increase of 12.5 per cent.

For the year ended March 31, 2019, the company's consolidated revenues stood at Rs. 262 crore as against Rs. 198 crore for FY18, marking a YoY growth of 32.32 per cent. The company reported PAT of Rs. 31 crore in FY19 as compared to Rs. 30 crore in FY18, posting a YoY growth of 3.33 per cent.

Total booking value of sales stood at Rs. 48 crore in Q4FY19. On the other hand, for FY19 as a whole, the total booking value stood at Rs. 277 crore, up by 170 per cent in comparison to the FY18 figure.

During FY19, the company added 1,755 units with a saleable area of 2 million sq. ft. for sales. Over the course of the next 4 years, the company has set a revenue target of Rs. 1,000 crore.

Furthermore, the Board has recommended a dividend of Rs. 1.50 per equity share for FY18-19.

On Thursday, the shares of Arvind Smartspaces opened at Rs. 123.20 and hit a high and low of Rs. 125.50 and Rs. 121.00, respectively. At 3:15 pm, the stock was trading at Rs. 122.90, up 0.74 per cent.
