Dr Lalchandani Labs gets listed on BSE SME Platform

Dr Lalchandani Labs became the 242nd company to get listed on the BSE SME Platform, on Wednesday.

The company came out with its initial public offering of 14,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each at a price of Rs. 30 per equity share, aggregating to Rs. 4.2 crore. The company successfully completed its public issue on April 27, 2018. Navigant Corporate Advisors Limited was the lead manager for the company.

Dr Lalchandani Labs Limited is a Delhi-based company engaged in the business of providing diagnostic and related healthcare tests and services.

The 242 companies listed on BSE SME Platform have raised Rs. 2,188.27 crore from the market and total market capitalization of these companies as on May 9, 2018 is 21,271.65 crore. Of these, 46 companies have migrated to the main board of the exchange. BSE is the market leader in this segment with a market share of 62 per cent.
