Market is trading in red, but these 3 BSE small-cap stocks gain over 6 per cent; do you own any?

These stocks from S&P BSE 250 SmallCap space were trading in the green after strong demand from buyers.

The benchmark index S&P BSE 250 SmallCap Index opened at 3,784.74, and made its day high at 3,801.51 and trading marginally in red by 0.04 per cent down.    

From the same space, these are the top 3 companies that outperformed the benchmark index and were up by more than 6 per cent today.     

Shares of UCO Bank Limited were trading up by more than 7.08 per cent on BSE today. The scrip closed during the last trading session at Rs 26.26 and opened on Monday at Rs 26.11 a piece. Shares touched their day high today at Rs 28.24 after the surge. The 52-week high of the stock stood at Rs 38.15, whereas the 52-week low is Rs 10.52. Presently, the Promoters are holding a 95.39 per cent stake, whereas the institutional and non-institutional holdings are 1.53 per cent and 3.08 per cent, respectively.     

Another top player today is Anupam Rasayan India Limited. Shares were trading up by more than 6.9 per cent on BSE during the day. The stock opened at Rs 990.05 a piece and touched its 52-week-high today at Rs 1,069. The 52-week high of Anupam Rasayan India Limited is at Rs 1,069, whereas the 52-week low stood at Rs 547.10. The promoters are holding around 60.96 per cent stake in the company, whereas the institutional and non-institutional holdings are 14.37 per cent and 24.67 per cent, respectively.     

One more top gainer today which shot up by 6.2 per cent is Tanla Platforms Limited. The stock opened at Rs 628.40 and touched its day high at Rs 681.60. In the previous trading session, the shares closed at Rs 626.85 a piece. The stock has a 52-week high of Rs 1,528.10, whereas the 52-week low stood at Rs 506.10. Currently, the promoters are holding about 44.18 per cent stake in the company, whereas the institutional and non-institutional holdings are 14.30 per cent and 41.50 per cent, respectively.
