Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Limited: The company announced its financial results for the fourth quarter of FY18 and posted a rise of 33 per cent in its operating profit. The company will also will be raising of funds worth upto Rs. 1,000 crore through issuance of equity shares. Godrej Agrovet Limited: The company will be announcing its financial results for the fiscal year 2018 on May 14. The stock will be in limelight on Monday.

 

The Federal Bank Limited: The bank announced on Friday about the dilution of its stake in Fedbank Financial Services Limited. The stock will be in focus on Monday.  

 

Gammon India Limited: The company announced on Friday that it has received the approval for amalgamation between Gammon India Limited (GIL) and Gammon Transmission Limited (GTL) and transfer of residual EPC business of GIL to GTL. The stock will be in focus on Monday.

 

Dynamatic Technologies Limited: The company announced on Friday that credit rating agency India Ratings & Research (a Fitch Group company) has accorded a long term issuer rating to IND BBB+Â with Stable outlook. ICRA Limited also reaffirmed the long term rating for Line of Credit at (ICRA) BBB+. The outlook on the long term rating has been revised to Stable. The stock will be limelight on Monday.
