The stocks to watch out on September 25 include Pennar Industries, Adani Enterprises, RPP Infra, InfoBeam Technologies and Centum Electronics.

Pennar Industries: The company will set up a greenfield plant at Hyderabad to double its Cold Drawn Welded (CDW) tubes manufacturing capacity of 1500 MT per month to 3000 MT per month.

Adani Enterprises Limited: It has incorporated a company named ‘Adani Guwahati International Airport Limited’ to operate, maintain, develop, design, construct, upgrade, modernize and manage the Lokpriya Gopinath Bordoloi International Airport located in Guwahati, Assam.

RPP Infra Projects: The company, through its JV partner, has received an order of around Rs. 4140 million for construction of a two-Iane road from Kaletwa to the India-Myanmar border in the Chin state of Myanmar.

InfoBeans Technologies Limited: Through its wholly-owned subsidiary, the company has announced the acquisition of Philosophie Group Inc of USA via cash out deal.

Centum Electronics: It has invested approximately Rs. 50 crore in a new brownfield facility at Yelahanka.
