On Wednesday, Indian equity markets closed on a positive note. Nifty50 closed at 18,315.10, while both Mid-Cap index and Small-Cap index performed positively on broader markets.   

The following penny stocks are likely to be in focus on Thursday, May 11, 2023:     

Alankit- Heavy buying interest was witnessed in the counter as the scrip surged 8.2 per cent, recording an intraday high of Rs 10.55 per share on NSE. The company is mainly in the business of e-Governance and e-Governance products.  

Reliance Naval and Engineering- The stock experienced significant buying activity, resulting in 4.25 per cent surge and reaching an intraday high of Rs 2.45 per share on NSE. Reliance Naval and Engineering Ltd is engaged in the construction of vessels, repairs and refits of ships and rigs and heavy engineering.   

TGB Banquets & Hotels- A solid price volume break-out was seen at the counter today as the stock rallied and got locked at 10 per cent upper circuit to record an intraday high of Rs 12.70 per share. TGB Banquets and Hotels Ltd is into provision of restaurants, banquets and hotel services.
