While major indices concluded the trading session with notable declines, broader markets experienced a substantial sell-off today. The BSE Sensex plunged 0.73 per cent to 71,072 level at the close. The Nifty 50 index slumped 0.76 per cent to a level of 21,616. The real estate, power, utilities, and telecommunications sectors bore the brunt of the downturn.

Panafic Industrials Ltd: Shares experiencing heightened buying interest were locked at a 10 per cent upper circuit, reaching a 52-week high of Rs 1.84 on the BSE. The company provides financial assistance to corporations and individuals through loans, advances, and capital subscriptions. Additionally, it engages in trading shares, debentures, bonds, securities, and other investment instruments.

Odyssey Corporation Ltd: Shares surged by more than 9 per cent amidst a subdued market environment, closing at Rs 9.02 per share on the BSE. The company is involved in various activities including development, global sourcing, distribution, support for local trading manufacturing and processing services, financing, and management of business activities, among others.

Pro CLB Global Ltd: Shares climbed more than 9 per cent, reaching an intraday high of Rs 9.34 on the BSE. The company operates in the domains of air ticketing, tour operation, money exchange, and provides consulting services to corporate entities worldwide.
